 In our hybrid working world, it is indispensable that the hardware works around the clock. If failures occur, you need fast and effective solutions. This is exactly where we support you throughout Europe with our LKS® service network of around 500 technicians.

With a lot of energy, commitment and the will to perform, we built up the first manufacturer-independent printing equipment and IT service, which now has over 90 service locations in Germany, Switzerland and Austria alone. 

In addition, we also offer our high-quality service internationally in the following countries: United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Finland, Poland, Sweden, Norway, France, Liechtenstein, Denmark, Portugal, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania.

Problem solving already at the first approach

Our service technician can isolate the problem remotely and brings all important replacements and spare parts to the repair appointment. In this way, we avoid double trips and reduce your downtimes. The majority of all faults can already be eliminated during the first journey.

Short response times (SLA times)

Incoming faults before 3 pm are forwarded to the nearest partner on the same day with an acceptable response time of 4 hours. A technician will be on-site within the next working day unless other arrangements have been made.

On-site fault diagnosis

Our competent technicians can use the digital knowledge database quickly find out the cause of a device malfunction. We have recorded the typical fault messages for all devices, regardless of the manufacturer, and directly stored a solution. Every technician has access to the entire knowledge, regardless of location. This saves time and money.

On-site immediate repair

Once we are on-site, we not only repair your defective technology but also offer you a preventive maintenance service. Resulting in many cases we can prevent the next downtime. This is not only forward-looking and clever but also easy on the nerves for your business.

Firmware driver updates

For a device to function smoothly, it needs the latest software. Our technicians install firmware and driver updates to keep your systems up to date. We are happy to install the latest updates on your devices with every repair.
